Here is a heart-healthy, fat-fighting smoothie that tastes very yummy (even though it might seem like a weird combination of fruits):
- flesh from one really ripe Avocado
- 6-12 ripe Strawberries
- Handful of ripe Cilantro (or other green of choice)
- 1 tsp. Barley Greens (Vimergy recommended by Anthony William)
- Water for quantity/thickness desired
- Thought: Mango would taste good in this combo
Blend up.... will blend well in any good blender. Enjoy!
